BIKE
Enjoy 3 guided group rides in the stunning Scottish countryside. Our rides are led by British Cycling qualified ride leaders, so you’re in the best hands. We tailor rides for groups of similar cyclists, so you can choose from road or gravel, long or short, and lumpy or flat (well, flattish). Nobody gets left behind, and the focus is 100% on enjoyment, not endurance.
MIND
Explore the powerful benefits of becoming an expert in yourself with a series of fun and accessible sessions from The Mental Cyclist. We’ll help you understand what’s really going on inside your head when you ride, and how to change it. Then you’ll take your learning out on the road, confident that you can do anything you want to do on your bike.
BODY
Discover our unique yoga practice developed by cyclists for cyclists. It will help you improve your flexibility, increase your strength, protect your body against injury, and bolster your resilience. Best of all, you’ll learn to love deep relaxation and recovery techniques. Suitable for absolute beginners right through to experts.
